The top management is really mean in talking. They say that this is for the employee development but will they talk in the similar fashion to their child? There is always an atmosphere of fear within employees for when the owners will come and bash them. Even senior people are talked to in a mean fashion. Abusing with bc, mc language is most common. Some employees even try to copy that attitude in treating their juniors. New ideas are not appreciated, people using home use laptops for office work, no licensed software, not enough computing power. And still the owners think they are the best in Asia. Still if you want to work here, maybe good for industrial designers if you are thick skinned, ok for engineering designers and not at all recommend for engineers or management people.
