I personally don't like anything about Futran the arrogant Manager. He thinks he is a king, but he is nothing. He just know how to speak in arrogant manner with his employee.

Dislikes

First thing they don't respect you as a employee. They will treat you as their Naukar, and if you are in recruitment or in TA then your life is hell. team They don't value your work life balance. They don't value your personal space.

Work satisfaction, breaks between the working time (which is flexible)

Dislikes

Sometimes need to work after work hours (if you have any pending tasks or meeting is scheduled with client), I think this can be postponed to some other days between working hours.

I enjoy the autonomy and trust that Futran gives its employees. The Company culture is positive, and the benefits package is solid.

Career advancement opportunities could be more clearly defined for long-term growth.
