Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day

the company is very professional to work, salary, food and transport company has high quality sensor and light, and the exhaust system is outstanding as a machine operator i am satisfied to oporate it 😇

It's good for career opening.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Working Culture is good and good environment, Good company policies, Canteen & Transportation facility available.

Dislikes

No good living facility available near by company, should have to travel 40-50 km daily basis.
