...s really bad although in HR Dept. there are some people taht are not supportive. There is no bond system and salary is also quite good but only for freshers.

The college is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals` unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I really appreciate to my company during lockdown Covid19 they our salary as well time to time and we are working from remote location work from home I really feel great ful to work with Fusionnet web services Pvt Ltd

manager was good and you get off whenever needed in last lockdown they provided wfh job security is great work culture is good

We would get off after 8 ,9 or 10 days and shift timing was not good today you are working in evening 1 to 9 tomorrow they will call you in morning 8 am to 5 pm and after that in night so roster management was not good 0 % growth opportunity
