There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is below decent & career growth is slow. Even during lockdown we worked from home using our personal computer and internet they didn't even give compensation instead reduced our appraisal bonus as 60% and increment as only 6%

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ot okThere is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good work environment. Seniors are supportive. HR policies also good. Salaries and bonus are good compare to other NBFC.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not applicable here. 30 days are working and a lot off target pressure. Dont have any training and help how to achieve assigned targets.
