There is nothing that you would like about the company. They only pay timely salaries to payroll employees.

Dislikes

1. You will be a slave 2. People working there for long are either addicted to not doing any work or are obsolete in the market and trying to save their seat 3. They are in search of Servile if you are good at it you are the one! 4. Senior leadership team is one of the most obsolete, political, pathetic and are only interested in grabbing cuts from vendors and resource suppliers. It doesn’t matter if they intend to build android app they will hire iOS resource and keep the resource on bench for years. 5. There won’t be any specific training and you will be asked to perform based on your previous experience 6. Environment will be full of toxicity and reporting authorities will micromanage you and keep tampering you by questioning your abilities 7. You will find EVP/SVP lobbying people of their choices. I have seen people becoming AVP here who don’t even have basic corporate ethics and even not able to communicate. 8. COO & GM -HR acts naive about the issues happening in company.. :) They are pretty well aware of the grevience and do not intend to resolve as it might tamper their relationships with EVP’s. CEO would never respond- He is busy man trying to implement agile in the organization. Which may happen when he becomes 150 years old. 🫡 9. You will be hired for a role with clear JD and you shall never be offered with that JD ones you join. Enjoy the journey! 10. They shall trap you by giving joining bonus with a clause that you shall stay with them for an year. And then they get a chance to irritate you for entire year.

...re here. Training needs to improve at the middle and starting management levels. Work with people who are amongst the most skilled in the industry and compensation is good too. Workspace is nice.

Dislikes

Internal politics is rife. Appraisals could be biased and unjustified. There's a lot of power of the senior management with regards to hike, ratings and bonuses - even your reporting manager could be helpless in front of the top honchos. Personal relations and assumptions could undermine your efforts, and reputation. Bullying seems to be a part of most team's work culture here.

Salary and compensation provided better at entry level but still less in comparison to work demand

Systems are not working properly, data is not aligned, promotion basis contact with department heads rather than work performance, fake urgency is created all the time, they don't follow RBI guidelines, Digital Lending Sales and Product is one of worst department to work with

I worked as a tele calling officer. I like the salary and benefits. But I didn't receive them because of I'm a tele calling officer l.

Dislikes

Internal politics. Senior officers are very rude to freshers. Very less opportunities to promotions. Unsecured for women.

One thing is better that salary will credit on last day of month and everythings are bad for every staff. Work load is too high that a person can suiside.

Overall score not good. Company culture इस very bad. 16hrs work in everyday since morning late night 11:30 PM. No leave and no bonus. Work load is too high that a person can suside by stress/pressure. All day working
