The salary that should have been received according to the work was not known! When the full salary was not received even after completing the achievement goal.

...policy. Company hold the old staff. they can't support new join . No pramotions. They not pay TA DA expenses properly.

Nothing much better in organization culture and sales target pressure is so high.

All are dislikes except the salary because for work compensation are took by senior level and skip level managers. Only the salary element they can't control. If it is possible means they get their hand in to that also during notice period and in settlement also. We have to beg the HR and manager to accept the notice period and surrender the amount that are recurred by them
