In terms of Compensation and work hour it is the best company but if u are in initial years of your career and you need to develop ur skills and learn it's not ur place. It not corporate culture it can be described as full Desi culture

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Systems are not working properly, data is not aligned, promotion basis contact with department heads rather than work performance, fake urgency is created all the time, they don't follow RBI guidelines, Digital Lending Sales and Product is one of worst department to work with

I worked as a tele calling officer. I like the salary and benefits. But I didn't receive them because of I'm a tele calling officer l.

Internal politics. Senior officers are very rude to freshers. Very less opportunities to promotions. Unsecured for women.
