A candidate Has to handle multiple projects. With very less salary hikes and no perks at all Salary hike is limited to only to a specific set of people Majority of the employees here are very close aids and references to the higher management. So i suggest if you are outsider you need to think again to join this organisation.

Family company all relations will work here. they don't encourage other employes. Don't join this type of worst company in your employment career. And no recognition for work.

I have not liked anything working with this organization as there is no job security, no training activity, salary appraisal never come on time and suddenly they changes the appraisal periods and they also give arrears only for few months, Politics is too tooo much in this organization specially the groups. We learn nothing in this organization except politics. Coming to work here also they hire only high class reference without any interview just for formalities they take. They even don't know how to draft the Email and basic system knowledge. Those kind of employees are working in this organization. There is no work environment no innovation and mainly no work life balance. 10th fail person can do a good work if we train him but Employes In this organization are worst than them. Management is worst in this organization.

We need to forget about the Growth here No job security Appraisal very late Work pressure is very high for some process Managers do not value individual strength for there growth here No on job traning for new employees

The ambience inside the office,the work-life and career growth opportunities are the best thing about fulcrum office. I have joined as a fresher they treated me so well,they help me understand the process and everyone are very amicable.Even during the pandemic like Covi-19 they support us by providing the best ways to work at home and with all facilities required.

Dislikes

Dislikes are nothing but as it is a growing organization it needs more stable process and projects to excel in business world. Second thing I would like to share is the benifits.
