Managers are pathetic..always rules n Play blame game..unable to handle situation Local person favourite..rules different for local person n different for outsiders. Management are just spoiling brand Don't trust management Dey flip anytime..backbitting n Play divide n rule methods..even within management everyone is loves to c others in trouble n enjoy

Work-life balance is good with decent no of work from home. Fujitsu offers a decent salary package,Organization doesn't believe in hire and fire policy.

Dislikes

Policies are not employee friendly.Fujitsu has 3 months strict notice period, buyout is only on paper.On resignation fujitsu withholds first months salary(during notice period) which is given along with F&F. F&F include 2 months salary .Limited options to reduce taxable income with felixible pay(Telephone Reimb only).

Working culture not good Management and HR is not good and employee friendly Salary package provided is below par from industry

...ew skills so all team members get good chance of skill development and learning. Compensation benefits are good and for good resources company pay encouraging bonus and rewards.

Limited projects, management is not really proactive in onboarding big customers and getting good projects from the market
