Good work life balance, Employee engagement activites are good, Good L&D team, oppurtunites to learn but on your own. Managers are good and supportive.

Dislikes

...cts are not upto the mark it really depends on the region you will be working. Low pay No proper resource allocation.

Good work environment and culture. If you have capability to learn by own efforts you can achieve a lot here. Very cooperative lead and managers (depends on department)

I would say salary part was most disliked things in Fujitsu. Except that i like each and every thing.

The package offered is good. Job security is there. Fujitsu has internal tools for any official requests. Onsite opportunity for japan are high.

Dislikes

The appraisal percentage is low. Number external projects are low, which may shut down at any point. Technical growth for employees stays Limited. Internal management is very slow and non responsive sometimes.

1. work life balance, but sometimes higher authorities expects you to work overtime. 2. nothing as of now.

Dislikes

...gies used, old style of working, everything is on exel. 3 months' notice period. Minimal salary hike. No additional bonus, no diwali gifts, no employee awards. Getting an approval needs to go through a lot of hierarchy leading in delayed work, communication gap, overall efficency.
