...gies used, old style of working, everything is on exel. 3 months' notice period. Minimal salary hike. No additional bonus, no diwali gifts, no employee awards. Getting an approval needs to go through a lot of hierarchy leading in delayed work, communication gap, overall efficency.

They dont have any bonus/variable amount system in salary , provide transport facility in most of area in pune , I personally did not felt any work pressure in company , a lot of scope to learn japanese also provide training for that ,

1) They dont have much projects did overhiring during corona , people sit on bench 12 years , 2) Old working methods , everything , project management included happens on excel 3) PMs are not intrested in working on different new projects and tech , they are like goverment employees , complete this and move forward. 4) I think they don't have facility and admin department in pune , because if they had admin and facility department then thier building would not be like this , some of office infra is worst than goverment offices. 5) Food facility is very bad in this company (Pune main office) if you are going to work here bring your own food 6) No additinal bonus , diwali gifts , no emplyoee awards

Mostly Japanese projects with lot of micro management, Work focused on documentation excels etc.. Long working hours similar to Japanese work culture.. Company is driven by Japanese folks, Indian managers dont have control over processes and mere puppets for japan .. No work satisfaction..

Company has first good policy of having no variables like other companies, they just cut PF, Mediclaim and education cess which is standard deduction. Work life balance is most of the project is good unless you work on critical project then end up giving your life like working for 14-15 hours a day but depends how you do your time management. Many CSR activities are getting planned, many inhouse activities gets planned for well being of employees. Annual awards event is usually good. People are helpful if they are your colleagues.

Dislikes

...company. So heavy political situation but depends who you get in your hierarchy. Salary increase rate is very average. Every year between 4-6% or they match upto 100,000/- per person no matter how much % you get.

The work culture is good. We get lot new technologies to learn. The hybrid shift and project wise and their work hours pay out is great.

Dislikes

The salary was low, but also the work load was less depending upon the project.
