The organization is good as compared to a lot of places I have worked in last several years. The work is challenging but good part is you get time to settle down. The work culture is fine you don't feel too pressurized to deliver too much but certainly more emphasis on quality. There are multiple teams to work with which give you good exposure. And then they are reasonably well placed amongst competitors and have large customers.

Dislikes

Some cons: They are somewhat stuck between services and product companies culture.

Likes

Good company to work for. If you are willing to learn and work on niche tech stack you will have ample scope to explore and contribute. You shall collaborate and work with some of the best minds in the telecom industry and will get good exposure.

Dislikes

Sometimes the project's technical challenges shall make you to stretch without your notice. Again this may be a good or bad thing and it depends on how one takes and handles it.

Likes

They pay equal to big shots like cisco,junipers while joining. For some people work may be peaceful and happy to work till retire. If management people likes you or you get aligned with them, then you can see good growth both in position and salary. For people who want to grow in management, then it will be very good company to try and stay.

Dislikes

First of all you will be enrolled as Fujitsu consulting India staff and no where you will have record of Fujitsu Networking Staff, so you may need to sit mostly with Partners/FCI office locations. Sometimes you may get confused for which company you are working :) People with technical skills have less growth and progress will be complex and confusing, because they don't have right policy on how to track technical work. People who project themselves without doing any complex development or technical knowledge gets easy reorganization and management likes them. US team treats India team like 2nd category(common in product companies) but here you can feel it more. There is lot of politics across teams, you can see many groups US,India,Partner,Japan etc. Middle management people enjoys lot, because they don't deliver anything and just confine with status and questioning.Sometimes they underrate technical work/engg's. WFH is not recommended by management and mostly they wish people to be in office.
