Good working culture especially for industry new comers. One of the best for business and market studies updates. Overall good for knowing business startups.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent more emphasis on equality which sometimes doesn't go with real life work culture. Lack of Training but self study pattern is welcome here. Person on post like mine need to backup and support all region people espacially for sales people which sometimes is too hectic as we get diverted from self goals.

If I talk about work culture is awesome and job security also have fuji and management of fujitech really good every employee have good behaviour and policies of fuji is very professional

Fuji does not give Accommodation facility and transportation facility except this every thing is good

In the beginning i really love this company as a Company it is good but top management is not good...in covid period salary was cut with discrimination which hurt a lot and forced to forget all respect for company

The Company is Good for Learning Engines and Mechanical Products like Precision Measuring Instruments. Overall system is good, everyone cooperates with the work flow.

There is no appreciation for a good work. There aren't enough to learn in core field only if given a chance in Service Field of DG maintenance.
