There were instances of inappropriate remarks and baseless personal comments about employees, which were openly discussed, Creating discomfort and a lack of respect. Such behaviour reflected a significant lack of professionalism and workplace decorum. This tone ensures you express the issues clearly without sounding overly emotional or accusatory.

Everything is good you can get good knowledge in furniture but one sadist person is there in company he is a design manager don't go work with under him because he will spoil your life he won't leave to learn some new concepts because if you learn everything you'll grow in that company so thats why he won't leave to learn anything so thats why no one are stands there please resolve this after that your company will grow shanta sir he is taking money also for new joiner I have a proof

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
