The toxic culture created by the Strategic communications India leader and the some of his sr directors within the team. The attrition rate is very high but surprisngly the global leaders have always overlooked this ‘culture’ . While the HR is aware, its all ok, because the business is flowing in and that is more important

The company culture is amazing. The global and India team work tirelessly to offer employees security and health benefits, which is especially important amidst the pandemic.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is an issue. Since it is a boutique firm with fewer employees, work pressure can be significant throughout the year. 2. Teams are small so if you are at a junior-managerial level you will not get much opportunity to manage teams.
