Fair enough place to work, just the BD folks need to understand what could be good clients and what could be painful ones.

Designers need to stop their random excuses of not working and delivering things which takes 5 attempts to be approved.

Nice people (not manegement) but I guess they all have left (got fired).

Dislikes

It's not a company but more like a child's play managed but inexperienced co-founders who are focused on stashing their pockets with extensive cash earned by leveraging on the hard work of their interns (yes they only have 10-15% full time work force) The company will expect you to give up your life and work for them and you won't get anything in return. Company has a strong leaving rate and very few people joining it. Lastly, it's the best example of "Everything that glitters isn't gold (at times it can be a chocolate wrapper too).
