Everything is good but some staff is not sapotive Tanmay sir head technician of our company he is very helpfull person Highly recommended for freshers person because there is many things to learn and getting good experience If you are working Heard with good effort you can earned more money+ incentive Salery pass on time but the expancs or incentive is not on time

They will recruit Engineer for product Engineer role, and basically they will do after sales, customer service. No job security, on the spot you will be asked to leave the company, initially if fresher makes mistake they don't entertain any, they ask to leave company, be ready to work on sunday, only half hour brake in entire day, even if you took 1 min extra from lunch brake, it is not allowed. Freshers do your own research before joining.

Company is very depressing, also the management is very very poor. They hire management trainees from Ibs. Growth is not for graduates they give appraisals growths and promotions to their ibs students only. No matter what you do they will make you feel small only. Their toxic work culture will soon destroy their business. They never ask their employees about their requirements. Thank god I resigned now I am well settled in a reputed company.
