HR manager - pathetic and have no sense to offer right salary to candidate , very low budget compared to market and experience. Company Owner seems to be worthless as he thinks engineering students can only be in IT , if a candidate has more than 8 years exp in sales of software , sass, hardware, cloud platform from commerce background and under estimate the candidate after hiring them. Mumbai branch doesnt have a good hr ,she is mere puppet of Bangalore just passing messages and back stabbers.

I worked as a onsite FM engineer , so whatever technology is implemented there we get to learn that.

Dislikes

HR Team is the worst they will just hung up on you. For the two year worked there were no salary hike, and they cut down my salary based on some BS about PF . They will not switch you another section also

...ating,working and minimum labor law requirement of providing hygienic wash room. Salary is committed but not given.They set high targets so that the variable is not earned. Product managers and other support function are dismally below par in capability. Management believes in divide and rule policy

Dislikes

There is no team work. The MD prefers to have everything under his control and connects with the front line directly without putting the sales manager,product manager or the Regional Head in Loop. The consultant who is hired is another cog in the wheel. MD and Consultant visit regions every month and keep realigning and restructuring the team and enjoy having a disjointed disoriented team.

I worked for 21 Years in the above company i left because there were no growth and was restricted to do the same work and responsibility

Skill Development and Learning opportunity is very high. Especially in Networking and Cybersecurity BU. You will have hands on experience with the industry leading OEMs like Cisco, Palo Alto and CrowdStrike.

Dislikes

They're good at keeping the employee at dark. So much so that the employee themselves will never know whether or not he/she is in notice period!
