Timings are very much flexible and one can go without hitch after completing eight hours. Independence and authority in paper are ok but practically needs to given looking into the Position given on paper. Management is very much supportive but still few of person having more importance looking into their time they spent ad co.and position or experience they have.

Dislikes

...oyees at times by giving them time and not attending to listen their grievances. The retired person always have advantage Ty Ty earn bonus as extension irrespective of Their performance in past. Management listens each person and take decision based on assumptions. The none performer enjoy and the person really wish to do good always remains behind. Lot of uneven salaries and benefit as given on face value.

This is very good platform to learn and improve your skills about mechanical and refrigeration work.

There is lot of politics and no care of their employees who done their jobs. Salary increments is so poor.

What i like is also what i dislike, the type of work we have to do is nowhere near to the job role we are assigned, like a production engineer also needs to handle purchase for his/her particular projects, also needs to look out for dispatch of material from company and much more.

Nothing new to learn, old people in the management just won't accept any changes to the system and they just do talking about bringing the change but once a new employee tries to give some ideas and give some initiatives, he's suppressed ASAP just because the higher authorities are just not mentally ready to accept changes, for every action against their "idealogies" you'll hear only one reply, " we are doing this job from the last 30 years and you are going to change everything!??" It seems very funny now but back then when i was fresher, they all got into my nerves. Only 5-10% of your engineering knowledge will be utilised here and rest is just clerical work under illiterate authorities. So much more to say but I'm not like them, so be safe and intelligent and let this company be your last option.

A very Humble and down to earth but helpless Top Management , want to improve but unfortunately The dirt collected in year as collected from all over industry thrown will take time to remove and hope good culture to come after 5-10 years

Few of Non worthy and in competitive gentlemen sitting on the marketing manufacturing purchase engineering erection processing & Customer support teams chairs as thrown out from Ice cream and other industry are hero here because of their manipulative ideas.
