1) Recruitment team don't tell about salary cycle, Insurance conditions (i.e. only after six months insurance will applicable. Don't know what to do if some requirement in first six months. But they deduct full year insurance amount). 2) PF looking person is worst and rude behaviour make new employee very bad about company within a week. 3) Leave policy also should be reviewed.

Hr are beggars, they won't disclose important details like hike cycle or salary, if you join after September no hike next year, salary credits on 5th of every month, working hours 13-14 hrs, rude managers, no benefits..

Worst management Salary delay, 5-6 of every month Whatever benefits mentioned on the ambition box here are wrong. There is no benefit except salary that too they decrease at any point of time saying company have rights. No communication with management, no transparency. You will never get reply from Hr. Overall worst company to work with becuase of very poor management.

Very short deadlines for tasks with incomplete requirements and no time to improve quality, no new technology learning.

...ith employees from leadership. They share their own promotions by firing others. Remove 10 and share their salary between 2 by promoting themselves. Ethics - very bad. They do not care about you or your personal life while working there.
