Company provide good growth, but for specifically for quality department the growth is slow. For other departments the employees get good increments and promotions also

Time management... Their expectations is come early go late. No work life balance too much politics and senior make their junior feels insulted

Working at Freudenberg Gala is overall ok. The German partnership is good and they have got in strong process and system.

Dislikes

The leadership has massive issues and does not have deep understanding of marketing. It is a bit of a lala culture where they don't give work from home and are working on first Saturday of the month. The office is not good and veey dirty and bathroom is not even maintained well.
