One of bad thing Most of Regional manager from starting from organisation they are having personal job security behaviour and created bad politics in team. partiality in team,dictatorship for team and distributor so many things are showing selfish behaviour

Company in skills development and exposure to new things is good. Company will provide everything necessary for training for in-house and also for external training. They motivate employees to be more innovative.

Company provide good growth, but for specifically for quality department the growth is slow. For other departments the employees get good increments and promotions also
