Well nothing good here. From training to work life balance all terrible. No any training and the old employees think they are the Boss of new employees. They don't have any policy regarding timing. So you have to work more than 10 to 11 hours daily with no OT and the policy over Saturday working is hoax the HR and Management will say it's 1st and 3rd half day from office but instead it's approximately full day as more than 6 hours also the policy of 4th Saturday WFH is only on paper in Pune because the old employees will decide wheather to give WFH or not instead of Companies policy. Showing the weakness of companies policy. So if you are family person then won't suggest it. Also if you are fresher and can work 12 hours daily without OT and Saturday for more than 6 to 7 hour as half day then you can give it a try. But yes there is no Work Life Balance.

In this toxic workplace, the **director** and **sales manager** create a culture of fear and manipulation, where the director has no independent authority and simply defers to the sales manager, who is arrogant and unqualified. The sales manager deliberately targets high-performing employees, pointing out non-existent mistakes to maintain the illusion that the company's success is solely due to her. They have a personal affair that influences their professional behavior, and as the longest-serving employees, they believe they have the right to disrespect others and ignore boundaries. Employees face **no work-life balance**, **zero benefits**, and **no insurance**, while being expected to answer calls at all hours, even during emergencies. Leave requests are denied, and personal matters are commented on inappropriately. The office culture is dominated by those who drink and party, rewarding those who conform and become "yes-men," while sidelining those who focus on work. There is no **freedom of speech**—any attempt to express concerns is met with retaliation, and employees are branded as **liars** or **unprofessional** if they speak up for themselves. Once someone leaves the company, the director and sales manager gossip about them behind their backs, engaging in **backstabbing** and **abusing former employees**. This creates a toxic environment where employees are too fearful to speak out, knowing they will be labeled as disrespectful troublemakers. The overall atmosphere is one of **manipulation**, **fear**, and **disrespect**, where personal and professional growth is stifled, and only those who conform to unhealthy behaviors are valued.
