...l and unethical and kicked me out of the organisation without any prior reasons. They also denied to pay my salary

... Else negative or more than positive in the org. Its like family driven company. They don't want to pay for talented employees. There is no work life balance at all. It goes at a founders level. Very unorganised founder are working in the organisation. Very short sighted and small minded founders & employees. HR team is pathetic and job less people who are least bothered about employees learning, growth in the organisation. They come to office for time pass .

I worked few years before in this company. Past 1 year i tried to transfer my epf. But, i can't transfer due to HR department not submitted the form 3A. Regarding this If i am asking they are not respond properly. Especially Mr. Sudharsan i tried more than 60times i called him. His simply rejected my calls. I am really hurt due to his attitude. Finally, Hr one person Ms. Bhargavi said, I can go to check PF office my self. As per PF issue HR department only find the problem and inform to employees. But here totally differene. They Can't find the problem and Can't find the solution. Very worst HR management.

1. Hierarchy is not being followed, no has any idea who is reporting to whom. 2. Stream lining of operations and process are not upto mark. 3. Need to have close monitoring of entire operation, even if you missed few stores for 2-3days it will be a mess.

Plz Dont join this company as they will get u work for more than 18 hrs in a day. U will get mentally ill. I have to get up early in the morning at 4 Am & do the stock receving and had to close office at night 10 PM
