I worked few years before in this company. Past 1 year i tried to transfer my epf. But, i can't transfer due to HR department not submitted the form 3A. Regarding this If i am asking they are not respond properly. Especially Mr. Sudharsan i tried more than 60times i called him. His simply rejected my calls. I am really hurt due to his attitude. Finally, Hr one person Ms. Bhargavi said, I can go to check PF office my self. As per PF issue HR department only find the problem and inform to employees. But here totally differene. They Can't find the problem and Can't find the solution. Very worst HR management....Read More

You can do work from home dependent on your manager.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Employees working for all 7 days. No weekoffs, no leaves though you can see in hr portal. Management don't trust employees treats as labour. HR gives false promises during hiring and reality is different.
