No, there is no dislike for working in this company because they support each other I have been working as a fashion consultant since 2 yrs.

There is nothing to like here.but sometimes a changes in manager can convince us to work longer .and same thing happens here also.right now manager is good to behave with me .so Still I am staying in this company.once the manager will behave badly ,,it will compel me switch to other organization.

There is neighter salary growth nor designation. There is no chances of getting designation for those who has made the company stand and recognised amongst the customer .

Startup Company and work culture was good at starting.

it' was a good position but due to management and ops manager to many people got attrited. National head is not knowledgeable and has a negative mind set which is not good for a organisation.
