I was a fresher for CHA firm, After joining there i done my export import managemnt course , te , i was working in import department , as a fresher i learnt many things about imports in freightwings

Dislikes

I dislike some behaviour of seniors , who does not help us to learn about work , but will keep hiding . inspite of asking we would help something from our side if they let us know , but because of insecurity of job they would not teach us, compensation is descent, but growth is slow, sometimes work pressure is high
