There are a lot to learn about investment and different markets, you will play with so many terminologies related to finance like securities, stocks, bonds, equity, fixed income, derivatives, reconciliation, trade settlement etc. So, in short, if you want to deep dive into these sector, it's an ocean itself. The best thing about the company is its people, work culture, you can talk to anyone you need. Everyone is open to help. It's all team based perspective. The company doesn't actually follow the hierarchy. Until you are right, and you want assistance you can go to anyone. There would not be work pressure. I would not say you need not to work or something like that, but you can have fun, and work. There will be days when you mat need to work overtime but that doesn't last long. You will get proper training and you will get ample time to understand and own the process

Training is good. We have job security. Salary and appraisal depnds on your performance. We will have work life balance.

We would not find any growth in career, It would be limited to few people who are pet to management. Most of the time you apprisal would depend on your direct reporting. How you go along with him/her. Much politics when it come to Internal Job posting. Knowledged people would end up as senior associate for years. People who doesn't even know basic information about process would be in higher Management team. No regular meetings with HR or Manager, they will come into picture only when you resigned.

Zero job security, unprofessional behaviour, senior abusive behaviour, they didnt given my 1 month salary, very bad and irrelevant data , very very very pressure. If you want to think to work with frankfinn then you ll regret it. It will be your worst decision that you would be taken by yourself. fraud company.

I Joined as Call centre executive role and two years later promoted to Senior Executive role . After , one year later applied to another position for Associate Business Analyst. They Encourage the employee to work on new role also allowed to do extra circular activities. My team leader agreed to attend the toastmaster session in the middle of the session for two hours.
