...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...orking for and the people around me are really awesome in all the possible ways. Bit unsatisfied with the compensation and benefits but rest of the things are decent enough to begin your career and to end your career too.

The culture which they adopt, friendly colleague, supportive management and last but not least company campus.

Compensation was decent and growth was also slow. Sometimes i used to get lot of work pressure as well

Its a great place to work and start your work life. They train you from all basics which gives a confidence to work.

Dislikes

The only thing I do not like is the Compensation and Incements. There were politics in the team i worked lastly. The Supervisor was least bothered about his team members.

Zero job security, unprofessional behaviour, senior abusive behaviour, they didnt given my 1 month salary, very bad and irrelevant data , very very very pressure. If you want to think to work with frankfinn then you ll regret it. It will be your worst decision that you would be taken by yourself. fraud company.
