My Team leader was nice and I had good friends there. That's only thing I liked about Frankfinn.

1_Salary don't come on time 2_High work pressure 3_To be honest Hr teams wasn't supported 2 to 3 times my salary was hold. 4_They fire employee, if they don't call walk-ins. 5_If you don't complete your Target, they will not give you break. 6_If you don't make 10 appointment and call 2 walk-ins per day or you can say (2 people on seminar) you will have to work extra hours . 7_ When I went for interview. some organisation didn't accept my Frankfinn work experience. They said it's not BPO it's institute.

I don't like company culture.because you have to convince student for counselling but there is grante they will attend counselling.if they not attend counselling then you have to deal with team leader

Not support at all. When we want to apply resign then didnot accept. But in the period of pandemic they call me sudden and terminated me cause of they can't provide salary seriously why frankfinn is the world no. One institute. Management poor. No one respect of employees. Even they don't have value of agents. In lunch time they also want work from us. 20mints is enough for lunch to agents according to manager. Office timing till 7pm but all employees have to stay till 7:45pm. Pressure is too much there no matter your target is complete or not. All team leay don't have manners to talk with agent. In mrng time they abuse agents if your target not complete. Even whole day is complete to Target

After 6th month they provide confirmation letter but till 8th month they didnot provide my confirmation letter. Now terminate me and said we can't provide.. no one want to see issue of agent. I wasted my months there only for experience but I didn't get nothing..

frankfin its an fake compney full of dumb hr and team manager.in this panadamic they are deducting our salary 70%.and giving high level pressure.even if u dont complete your task they will not allow to take brake and they give lunch break in evenning at 4pm
