Every Thing, Toxic work culture, you will be abused on each and every hour. Hiring is continuously running every day, because once employees trapped in organisation they just wait for their 1st salary and also they may got, but if they got then they have get lots of abusing langauge on personal level and mental pressure, You can assume that Agent leave organisation frequently after 1st salary, Not a single outsiders TL, AM, Manager Senior Manager stay for their 2nf salary. Now above have a certain level of mental strength, But you can shock that AGM level employees who have maximum mental strength are not ready to stay for 1 month.... Here only one old AGM want to survive. For rest AGM he started manipulated the data and MIS report, because he controlled MIS Data and Report, He can increase his productivity and decrease others AGM productivity with the help of MIS person

...me relieving letter and experience letter and my fnf payment after 10 months. 7.My 1 month salary was deducted ,no reimbursement given for transport .

Everything, you will not get your salary in time even though you gave your best. It will be stuck for no reason. No promotion No appraisal No job security No management They don't know how to talk with employees. No work life balance If you are late for even one minute they will deduct half day salary Not a healthy company to work with.
