They told us very much about job placement and salary but in reality, it will not happens it's a fake Institute It has only one purpose which is money they never think about students' future,

... not provide any instrumental and asking to complete there target in ur own way. Salary in basis on target. If u can't achieve ur target, then salary is zero.

Salary is OK but career growth is slow. Job training is not given to new joiners. No facility for maternity leave. Manager harrqsing me because m pregnanat. Not good for married women. They are using bad words on con call.

...in pregnancy and if you deny to do so.. they will ask you to resign immediately. And once you resign they hold your salary by telling you that you did not serve the notice period. Role of HR is zero only managers do what they want to do.. no work culture.

My Team leader was nice and I had good friends there. That's only thing I liked about Frankfinn.

1_Salary don't come on time 2_High work pressure 3_To be honest Hr teams wasn't supported 2 to 3 times my salary was hold. 4_They fire employee, if they don't call walk-ins. 5_If you don't complete your Target, they will not give you break. 6_If you don't make 10 appointment and call 2 walk-ins per day or you can say (2 people on seminar) you will have to work extra hours . 7_ When I went for interview. some organisation didn't accept my Frankfinn work experience. They said it's not BPO it's institute.
