Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

...member bring from their family.... They treated as workers of every employees... Salary not credit on time rather they givevn salary on instalment....last moment your fnf also not clear till if you not giv them legel notice....thanks to lord I exit from there.....

This is not a company. this is a family business only his relatives job is secure in this company.

Dislikes

Salary time 12th of month but i have only 1 month get salary on time otherwise all time salary come to nearby 20th of moth. some time half salary take and half salary come next 5th of month. Premises too far to any connectivity. Management totally takeover in family persons. No bonus provided in whole year and no appraisal in years. totally my experience in this company 2 out of 10. No growth only some oldest person handle main responsibilities so other employee not have any growth "if you not happy then you leave company" this is company management statement.

Work timing is good. Being in a private company employees can reach home before evening! Praise from School Principals boosts inner self.

HR policies doesn't exist. Issues in the Hierarchy. No salary increment at all. Salary is disbursed after 12-15 days. Very Poor management.
