The Company is definitely open to new ideas but often take the earlier projects for granted. Causes the Execution dept. to suffer.

...ries are not on time and often months late. - Pending Expenses from last year. - Promised CTC and actual in-hand salary has a whopping difference of 3000 which employees have no clue where all this money goes. (i.e. 15000/- pm promised in the Appointment letter. Gets in-hand ~ 11800/-, PF ~ 1100/- & ESI ~ 250. Total ~ 13150. About the remaining 1850. Employees have no clue where the money goes. ) - No Growth opportunity until senior leaves.

At the time of joining you are told that they will give training but they don't give any training you have to learn the things yourself

Work timing is good. Being in a private company employees can reach home before evening! Praise from School Principals boosts inner self.

Dislikes

HR policies doesn't exist. Issues in the Hierarchy. No salary increment at all. Salary is disbursed after 12-15 days. Very Poor management.

... Not Pick the call when u required. Md's understand you as labur. Hr is Puppet When you resgined, they will not give your your salary, enen not provide you documents. (Salary Eater) Md's are arrogant
