I closely work with MD All I know is she is great because of her company is running in the market That’s the only truth She is the one Who run and manage the business client all fund misappropriations CFO is a very good guy .

They pay good to sales 40-50 k starting Not to me I need as per my position If u hired a Director with 70k does that fair …no …right

They are not at all supporting & deactive to all junior level employee. As well as they haven't paid march salary too as they have promised. Hr division is not giving any clarity of March salary. It is a huge challenge to survive with out salary. They informed us to leave with out pay till lockdown will open. Such as wrost company I never seen in my career.

...as well as no proper communication. They fired employee any time when they want. As well as huge salary issues.

...Infact sometimes they stop your salaries if a certain target is not achievement. No Salary Slips. No Travel Allowance given inspite of repeated followups but expected to do 3-4 meetings a day out on the field. No proper training for new employees. False promises to the brands and investors.

I like that everything is pathetic in the company . Don’t join this company if you have any self respect . They will treat you like inhumanly.

Dislikes

Most toxic culture , liers to cheat you on incentives , no work life balances . Hold the salary , abusive culture even with females , harrasing the employees, no hr , no payment , very bad reputation in the market , come here if you want to get mentally ill. Every month. you can see dozens of people resigning after salary . Fraud company , looting clients money

No value for employees, they can humiliate anytime, no travel expenses ,no F&F on time, no salary slip ( it required to ask them to provide with proper reason ) and no incentives on time
