The culture there are significantly more number of lovely people in management than anywhere else. You are allowed to choose the work to some extent and to learn new things.

The pay and severe partially towards IIT graduates.

Flexible working hours, good colleagues, work environment is devoid of any discrimination, appreciation at work, employees are being looked after by the reporting manager as well as higher authority through daily and weekly calls and monthly 1 to 1 connect, good benefits for employees

Dislikes

Compensation is less compared to peers, increment and growth is slow

Very open culture , unlimited leaves may sound superb but depends on what manager you're under .

Very slow process of compensation revision and appraisal is also minimal 5-10% average , 13-14% if you're an exceptional performer that is 1 in 50 people probably.

Work life is balance is good scometimes, if you are luck as ir highly depends on your project.

Dislikes

...aid for life. The people from IIT's earn twice as nuch as you for the same work. They are highly discrimanatory in terms of promotion and pay. They dont care about employees at all. You'll always feel like you are being exploited, because trust me (after working for 3 years here) you are.

You'll find some good data scientists in this company, so if you're lucky enough to be associated with them on some projects, there's an opportunity to learn. Good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Abysmal management, has no eye for talent. You'll encounter severe discrepancy in pay, and there's a minimal chance you'll be lucky enough to be paid fairly. Expect to stay in the dark regarding compensation. Probably the worst career growth going around. There's a lot of hearsay that excellent AI/Deep learning-based problem-solving is going on here, but that's only if you're inclined to research independently. Rarely you'll encounter novelty in problem statements, you need to adhere to the client's whims. Probably the worst decision in my life to have started my full-time experience with this company.
