There is no respect for women My senior talked with me in a indecent way, when I complaint about this to my manager there is no reaction from him and Instead they started giving me more work which Is probably can't complete by one person in 9 hours they gave me and asked to complete end of the day It was really a bad experience in this company

They will be taking for outing and conducting games for employee refreshness

Managers are unable to judge the employee skills properly and poor in conducting training which are really required to fulfill the projects

FPT SOFTWARE IS VIETNAME BASED COMPANY. ITS CULTURE REALLY VERY GOOD . BUT WHEN YOU ARE DOING WFH THEN THERE IS NO ANY PROJECT ALLOCATION TO YOU. JUST NEED TO STUDY N SHARPEN SKILLS. YOU NEED TO GO TO VIETNAM FOR WORK. OTHERWISE EXPERIENCE IS GOOD. CULTURE IS GOOD PEOPLES ARE HELPING IN NATURE. I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED
