Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? I only liked that I explored myself that how capable I am of executing things and handling multiple task which are not even part of my job profile.

Dislikes

No work ethics, no office etiquette, no seriousness, no responsibility handling ability in coleague , they waste time in gossiping, social media, YouTube and video calls with friends and relatives in working time . No proper work distribution, no support from senior, they just blame the freshers.
