Work life balance is not good Salary is not on time. They are releasing the salary on 29th Or 30th of the next month. I was working there as a HR within a month all the hiring was complete so they told me to give the resignation with a silly reason. Ashutosh(Director) and manisha (a project manager) are fraudsters. Manisha hired me obviously she didn't told anything about the company other I was going to block them . Once the hiring will be done they will use and throw us. Their project manager is HR she's handling all the HR activities before me and she will do the same now. Don't join this company (ashutosh is a womaniser) when he was sitting with me i was literally getting annoyed, because all the time he's objectifying women and I don't like. That Not a good man and the company is lala company it's been 20yrs they hired 10-15 HR's still they don't have any policies any documents of candidate . When I joined I have made all the policies. They simple not deserve such candidate. Hiring the hot one with no brain.

There are a lot to count : 1. Salary not credited for 3 months. 2. Employees are forcefully asked to resign without getting the salary. 3. No proper management of projects. 4. Unprofessional behavior of Founder 5. Extra working hours without any pay. 6. Lot of pressure to complete the projects before time so that salary can be given to the employees. Note : - The recent positive reviews are the fake reviews which are done to improve the rating of the organization. You can head back to 2-3 years older review and will find the same issues in those reviews as well.

... is a developer or tester, experienced or fresher, or anyone, is treated poorly. Sometimes, they don't even pay you for your work if leave job early. I have seen that.

...ncy with management. Also you will get appraisal for your work if you work hard. Good salary and encourage the freshers to shine out.

According to my opinion work environment is too good, our team is too helpful for us, good opportunity for learning

there is too much workload but in this way you can learn fast and enhance your skills and too much knowing about technologies in faster way....
