It's a awesome work place I have go through in my career so far. Bonus and salary increment is wow.. But unfortunately due to pandemic periods I have been laid off from job.

I love to work with Four points Marriott as a company working culture is always great.

In 2020 Company needs to take care of their employees but unfortunately Company fired their 50% staff to save Company cost and they cut 30%salary of remaining employees ... But same some Indian company like Tata they paid their employees 100% salary during lockdown.

Training provide perday and very good team also team leader .

Daily long shift and long duty according salary same provide. Cafeteria food is very bad chef is work not properly daily poha bread. Something etc
