1.Salary and work quality education very beautiful. 2.I liked the work that the organization gets done in the community and if I get a chance to join the organization again, I will definitely contribute.

Dislikes

1. The employees of the senior position working here, considering themselves to be very big, do not respect the employee working in the lower position than themselves. 2.The methods of getting the work done are very poor, which is operated by our senior staff. 3.Employees of big posts give mental stress and physical stress to the employees of small posts and also threaten to throw them out of the job and the small employees are fooled in a very beautiful way. 4. The last line is very important, the organization is correct, but the high staff working in the organization are very poor and artificial.

Data-driven and technology savvy organisation. Credit salary and travel allowances on time.

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor in some districts. District Managers are autocratic and keep their team on tip of their shoe. The HR department is spineless and always favour the seniors even if the senior is wrong. They do not trust their own team's and focus more on monitoring instead of programmatic outcomes. Work harassment of junior team is very close to common. New RM of Region 2 Abhinav Ji is very supportive but the part of the system and becomes helpless sometimes.

Overall experience with the organisation is good.Learnt to handle big team with loads of responsibilities.Got oppurtunity to prove skills and gain trust of seniors.

Dislikes

...huge pressure and internal politics work & personal life health got disbalanced. Also salary scale and appraisal is low.

Likes

Provide proper training to all new joiner for all verticals. PMS system is grate, it handle large amount of data and users. Employee tracking is also great concept to capture the performance of employees. Travel policies is great. Wok life balance is also good. Working environment is good.

I really enjoyed working on Educate Girls, especially on girls education because girls do not get much opportunity to study and they are left with household tasks or are married off early. For those girls who do not want to study, I joined this organisation and it works on only those projects in which every girl is educated.
