Management don not understand how and what to do at all, a few south Indians are taking idiotic decisions which are not at all good for Company future, Company has Hybrid module for work but HR says it depends on your managers to have it or not, the idiot I was working under has asked everybody to be in office even there was no work at all

It's my pleasure working with Forvia, new product knowledge multiple tasks handling, with different departments are tremendous. Thanks forvia for being mi this part of journy.

Promotion process is too much lenly, recommendations must bi done by our N+1 but it's doesn't happen. We have to take more follow-up still it doesn't happen even after every senior known about ability.

Hella India ltd Derabassi plant is a shop not a company, where MD rules like an uneducated shop owner. He doesn't have sense of humanity and professionalism. He has a degree also or not I doubt. He and his management team is equally illiterate and spoiling their employees. Poor work culture, Terrorism in people mind for the MD's anger. Non sense Top management, non sense Human resource department. No job security, no response from local HR team. Just Join and regret. I advice stay far from them. They are the actual players who play with your career.

lot of fevorism in Indians...here also seen .. same people will receive awards, same people pramotion, same people will get onsite opportunities.. nothing on performance basis.

Management does not support/recognize employees. R&D work culture is very toxic. Seniors expect you to extend beyond work hours everyday. Work Politics
