There is nothing much to like, except the salary comes on time. Even though the day of disbursement is very very late.

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor here. There is jo direction whatsoever. Whatever the boss says, you have to follow no matter how wrong and damaging it may get. Getting scolded in open is normal here. And norms and made and discontinued in no time, and even without prior notification.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
