...es get lapse. Wroked 6 month without leaves since no staff diploid to get leave. Vary poor pay structure for senior staff. No proper uprisal ,bounas, incriminate. Manger not value individual skills.extended working hours and no payment for it.

RWL Healthworld Ltd is a Fortis group company also called Fortis Healthworld. The company let's a new joinee explore new ways of doing work and support him/her. You will be loaded with responsibilities and you will have to find your way of swimming in the pool of work load and coming out of the pool with flying colours.

Dislikes

The company's work culture could have been better. People are working here from past 10years also and so they take the work lightly and try to pressurize their peers and blame juniors in front of higher authority when the work is not done till deadline. There should be training sessions for corporate employees also.
