they participate in all kind of accrediation or award programme. its a good learning.purely corporate culture.but working culture is average and growth chance for middle and junior management is low.there is a protocol of internal transfering but practically it become though sometimes

Internal job growth and proper monitoring of work specialy for second level.compensation is also not up to the mark.mostly policy driven management and HOD dependent.

Very bad disgusting hospital to work, they don't pay vendors payment material purchase, then this vendors keep calling us.. They took me as locum saying it as trainee post I am experience 5+ yrs giving me only 20 k and not paid me my salary till date today even after several mails and follow ups. This is unprofessional they think of their money and not about others. They ask an engineer to shift patient bed even hod which doesn't come under our job description they cannot provide house keeping staff

No slills development, no work life balance, no fixed timing of going home, wierd shift timings, very minimal leaves, no parking space, very bad hospital condition, rude and arrogant nursing staff, very very toxic department culture, the seniors alws talk sarcastically and in humiliating way, no person wants to work here despite offering double salary, the hospital is dependent on LOCUMS exclusively and many times even locums are not available so the DNB trainees do the needful.. the HOD sucks the blood out of the juniors..

Nurses work are good but day by day there work increases like billing, discharge patient file arrangement etc. our work is to give patient care not to do billing

...ork experience, apprisal is soo much disappointed like 500-1000 rupees per year. Bonus is not giving Fortis. There no one care to your opinion. There is an NS MRS.DOLLY BISWAS she was an act like cartoon and another is Mrs.Banani (DNS) she is the main culprit where you can not do work in your dept properly,
