...ood company in case you are jobless and you do not have any other offer in hand. Only thing which is good about this company is the salary is on time and there is sufficient exposure to the industry being working with OEM's and supplier partners.

No job security Pathetic top management Poor decision making of top management Terminates the resources without any reason High level politics at all the levels leading to favoring Improper systems in place for day-to-day job handling Top level management does not care about anyone Bad image in front of customer Choose Formel D only if you are jobless.

...owth is definitely.. you have many job opportunity when you working in plant.. #Salary - Good but not the high level. #Learning / Innovation - you will definitely learn something new and exciting.

#Teammates : Upper level management - in one word Third class Lower level people - Higly politics, bad ethics. #Job Security : They will choose you, use you. And when work done they will threw you....they are 3rd party company they have not long term plan. Please if you want life time job don't go there. If project completed they tell you please don't come up till New project start but reality is it's never start. They are playing with employees life. #Work Life balance - Terrible cause of 3 shift in a day. Not fix that you have come to regular shift....

Colleagues support is good, learning to work in different fields, getting exposure and knowledge of different process's and products. You take the challenging jobs of process improvements and improve them with your own experience.

Dislikes

No Employee motivation, Management support not in place, No Employee competency development. Company culture down the line is good, Job insecurity. If you don't have any projects then it's the responsibility of yours that you have to get the new projects and conver them into business.

This is project besed company so it's totally depends on customer hense less job security They don't care last chain employee But fact is total income coming from only when these people working.
