The compensation was better and was as per the Industry standards. Formel D is a good company in case you are jobless and you do not have any other offer in hand. Only thing which is good about this company is the salary is on time and there is sufficient exposure to the industry being working with OEM's and supplier partners.

Dislikes

No job security Pathetic top management Poor decision making of top management Terminates the resources without any reason High level politics at all the levels leading to favoring Improper systems in place for day-to-day job handling Top level management does not care about anyone Bad image in front of customer Choose Formel D only if you are jobless.

Work Details

Work was difficult and full of challenges due to no support from seniors. Seniors are however not trained enough for their profile.

This Company has very terrible management. There is No value of Technical personal. They are paying with our careers. After completing any project you will become worth less for them. If you are on company roll then also u will be thrown out. And if u are on other roll then no any questions, immediately terminate after completing project. Please guys don't spoil your career.

Junior overruling other seniors because she has affair with manager......!!!!!

Work Details

Tata motors project was quite good, but Formeld failed to get new project from TATA motors. Currently other products are not for technical personnel. Are worthles,donkey work. Only physical & mental harassment.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Colleagues support is good, learning to work in different fields, getting exposure and knowledge of different process's and products. You take the challenging jobs of process improvements and improve them with your own experience.

Dislikes

No Employee motivation, Management support not in place, No Employee competency development. Company culture down the line is good, Job insecurity. If you don't have any projects then it's the responsibility of yours that you have to get the new projects and conver them into business.

Work policy: Visit at client sites. It can be of 6 days or 2 days in a week, rest of the day you should have to work online to support them.
