Job Security is good.Nice working with shop floor people.Onsite opportunities given whenever available.Company deals in BIW Welding and Machining Fixtures.

Dislikes

Salary is low for freshers.No promotions or timely salary hikes.Work life balance is average (high work at times and no work at all at some times) but salary will be given even if no work is ongoing which is a plus.

...r everyone.No proper increments and work hours are as high as 12-13 hours a day. Salary is so low that even daily expenses are not covered in it.So,I would personally say please do stay away from this company as possible.

1 management person is supportive nature, but another not.

Lengthy work hours sometimes more than 13-14 hours.. Confused senior. Repeatedly work. Not proper documents provided after joining. No salery slip provides every month.

Worst experience in my career. After 80days i left cz they not provide joining letter not salery slip. Not timing for leaving

Worst don't join this organization , no one will work longer than 6 month history of company

This company gives platform for freshers to enter in to Design field which otherwise very difficult in other companies

This company is for only serious candidates who want to make their carrier in Design Deptt. This company is not for those who like to switch companies/field just for 1000/2000 ruppes
