...anagement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilly. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues 😬. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before Whit you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Roles and responsibilities are not clear. Most of the times the work given to us is not relevant to our knowledge and not so fruitful for the employee point of view Top level management is not so good in the recent years

...t was one of the best work place for everyone.. always have work life balance ..good hikes and bonus system

Recently becomes more toxic as senior managers are not well respected and no opportunity for them to move lateral or promotion too .. non technical people in technical roles are really surviving there ..top management biased with set of people..

Salary offered is according to the work allocated. Not able to maintain a good work life balance

Ford is the name that gives a pride to employees.very good organization with wonderful employees culture and salary was above with campare to other OEM. Really missing ford.

They are failed to judge the Indian customer mind. So they are now out of the race.
